We are a highly professional and responsive team of legal advocates. We do not tell our clients what they should do. The founders of our firm, Rich McLeod and Jeff Heinrichs view the law not as an end in itself but as a means to achieve justice.

Rich has a long and distinguished career in civil litigation, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America continuously since 1997. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and is a frequent lecturer at legal education seminars. Since 2004 he has served as a member of the Missouri Appellate Judicial Commission, which screens all applicants for the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.

Jeff is a strong advocate for victims of negligent accidents. For eight years Jeff manned an ambulance as a paramedic and first responder, where he experienced the grief and suffering of catastrophic injury victims first hand. During law school, he assisted the Kansas Board of Healing Arts in administering the discipline of doctors and other health care professionals. He has practiced law since 2002.
