The balloon "A" above shows the northeast corner of the building at 11th & Main; our parking garage entrance is there, on the south side of 11th Street (one way west). From the parking garage, take the elevator to "2" and cross the lobby to the high rise elevators and come to the 29th floor. Please use the "no tipping" valet parking in the garage and bring both your tickets up so we can validate your parking.

If you have a driver

The main entrance to our building is at 12th & Baltimore. If you have a driver, ask to be dropped off there. Then cross the lobby to the high rise elevators and come to the 29th floor.

Closest hotels

The elegant but economical Hotel Phillips is directly across the street; see details on this newly refurbished historical property at their web site. Almost as close is the Downtown Marriott, a large, full service business hotel.

From the airport

If you are cabbing it, expect a fare of $40 plus tip. If driving, take I-29 South to exit 2B (Broadway extension). After you pass the old airport and cross the Broadway bridge, turn left on 12th Street (about 7 blocks after the bridge). Our main door at 12th and Baltimore is 4 blocks, or for our parking garage go one more block to Main, left on Main, quick left on 11th and the garage is immediately on your left.
